The Law Office of Robert Fulton Dashiell, PA and Harris Jones & Malone are pleased to announce that attorney Robert Fulton Dashiell will join Comptroller-Elect Brooke Lierman’s Transition Team as Co-Chair of the Comptroller’s Procurement & the Board of Public Works workgroup.
Mr. Dashiell has over 40 years of experience in government procurement law, bid protests, and contracts within the State of Maryland. His expertise in procurement extends to matters before the State Board of Contract Appeals as well as the Board of Public Works. In addition, Dashiell serves on the Procurement Improvement Council which advises the Board of Public Works on problems with the procurement process and recommends improvements to that process.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dashiell has championed minority rights in business and development. He authored Maryland House Bill 64, which became the first minority business enterprise (MBE) law in Maryland.
