Dashiell is regarded as an expert in Baltimore City procurement matters, in connection with which he has made numerous appearances before the Board of Estimates over the last 26 years. His expertise in procurement extends to matters before the Maryland Board of Contract Appeals, as well as, the Maryland Board of Public Works. His consultation on such matters is frequently requested by other attorneys throughout, not only the State of Maryland, but the country.
