With a wealth of experience in state and local government relations, legislative affairs, campaign management, and community development, Guzzone brings unparalleled expertise to HJM.
Guzzone’s proven track record includes building meaningful relationships with elected officials and agency representatives at all levels of government. Known for his strategic approach to advocacy, he specializes in creating well-executed plans, crafting compelling messaging, and utilizing diverse communication channels to effectively reach and persuade targeted audiences.

J. Guzzone holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. In addition to his professional achievements, he is actively involved in his community. He serves as a member of the Howard County Cannabis Commission and Marylanders for Beneficial Psychedelics.
A native of Howard County, J. Guzzone is also an avid tennis player. He resides with his wife, Hilary, and their two daughters, Lainey and Stella.
