Before joining HJM, McComas held key administrative roles at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Johns Hopkins University in the Office of President Ron Daniels, and served as the Assistant Managing Director at Everyman Theatre.

Sean graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Maryland, Baltimore County with his BFA in Acting in 2011. After completing his undergraduate degree Sean worked as a professional actor for several years before transitioning into administrative roles.
