Grason Wiggins is an attorney and experienced lobbyist who joined HJM in 2022. Wiggins leverages his experience developing and leading comprehensive legislative strategies that include direct lobbying, media relations, and development of grassroots support to help HJM’s clients succeed in Maryland at both the state and local level.
Grason Wiggins is an attorney and experienced lobbyist who joined HJM in 2022. Wiggins leverages his experience developing and leading comprehensive legislative strategies that include direct lobbying, media relations, and development of grassroots support to help HJM’s clients succeed in Maryland at both the state and local level.

Prior to joining HJM, Wiggins was a lobbyist for the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA), where he represented owners and managers of more than 210,000 rental housing units in addition to hundreds of associate businesses that provide services to Maryland’s housing industry. Wiggins’ extensive research, compelling public testimony, and data-driven approach consistently produced successful results for MMHA’s members.

Grason Wiggins earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2012 from the University of South Carolina – Upstate and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Wiggins is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) and the Maryland Government Relations Association.  He is the Chair of the Legislative Committee for MSBA’s Young Lawyers’ Section.
